There are always a lot of questions when it comes to fitness. Below are answers to some of the most common questions I’ve received. There are obviously a lot more questions, so feel free to get in touch with me and ask away.

Do you provide 1 on 1 personal training?

Yes we do, it lasts at least an hour and I feel like this is what a beginner level person would need if they hadn’t worked out in 3+ years or even less depending on their performance and body type. We have so many sessions you could choose from but our 1 on 1 session targets it all!
