Stubborn Belly Fat

  • Belly fat is the most unhealthy, stubborn fat. Both exercises and diet together should be used in order to reduce the stubborn belly fat.


  • Listed below are a few things you can start doing to reduce and manage belly fat.


*Getting adequate sleep. At least 8 hours.

*Drink good amount of water. *You should also include other fluids like green tea, ginger tea or some homemade detox drinks.

*Avoid refined sugars,refined carbs.


  • Exercises: Though the proportion says 70% is diet n 30% - exercise but you should include 150 min of exercise a week. 5 days a week So as we are talking about exercises here are some exercises that we have mentioned personally for toned core:


*Planks

*Mountain Climbers

*Alternating Leg Lifts

*Reverse Crunches

*Side Plank with Leg Lift

*Push Up Planks

*Walk in to Plank Position

*Burpee to Tuck Jump


  • Make sure to drink plenty of water daily (2-3 liters) and maintain what you eat.

  • Having a great diet matters the most when it comes to stubborn belly fat and losing weight!
